For the second time in three years the Regina Cyclones faceoff with the North Shore Lobsters. The two powerhouse teams played in the 2005 Dauvray Cup finals with Regina taking home the trophy. This year the two teams will battle it out again. The season series was hotly contested with North Shore winning four of the six games between the two teams.

Though the Eastern Conference has not won a Dauvray Cup since the inaugural season of the American Association, don't count out the Lobsters who remember losing the cup two years ago to this team. This has become a heated rivalry in the AABL and should be a great series.
