June 28, 2008 I would like to have everyone submit their keeper list (retention roster) of up to 25 players by Thursday, July 3rd. Please send me your list of keepers by 11:59 PM EDT that night so that I can set up the draft over the weekend of the fourth. I would like to begin the draft on Tuesday, July 8. We will begin the draft that day at noon. Picks for the first round will be set to one hour intervals to allow time for teams to make their picks either manually, automatically, or by proxy. Elemer is from Regina, and shared a brief bio with me about his strat experience and his background as a baseball umpire and all around huge fan of the game. I believe he will be a great new addition to this league. Elemer will be keeping his franchise in Regina as the Cyclones.
